o At 8:30 AM ET, the initial weekly unemployment claims report will be released. The consensus is for a decrease to 222 thousand from 223 thousand last week.

o Also, at 8:30 AM, Housing Starts for January. The consensus is for 1.700 million SAAR, down from 1.702 million SAAR.

o Also, at 8:30 AM, the Philly Fed manufacturing survey for February. The consensus is for a reading of 20.0, down from 23.2.
